The present Mayor and Mayoress of the London Borough of Greenwich have chosen the Hospice to be their charity of the year for 2011/12. 

Kate Heaps, Chief Executive said, "We are very proud to have been chosen by the Mayor and Mayoress of Greenwich to be their charity of the year.  Their choosing the Hospice is testament to the reputation and importance of the Hospice as a local charity which meets the needs of people in our local community."

The Mayor will hold a number of events throughout the year, from dog walks, afternoon teas and quiz nights to concerts and garden parties. Event information will be displayed regularly on this website.
