Easter Hospice Lottery Promotion

19 April 2011

To promote the Easter Hospice Lottery, staff and volunteers of our shop in Eltham dressed as colourful lottery balls and others donned lottery t-shirts and bunny ears with lottery balls attached.  The event was designed to draw attention to the weekly Hospice lottery as a fun way to donate to the Hospice.

“It’s been a great day,” said Eltham Shop Manager, Maggie Yexley. “The weather was fantastic and we were able to tell people all about the lottery that makes everyone a winner. We’re a great team and today has been a brilliant team-building exercise. I’m really pleased.”

The Hospice lottery was launched in 2009 as a simple way to win fabulous cash prizes every week – including a guaranteed top prize of £1,000, plus up to £10,000 in the weekly rollover draw.

The cost of playing the lottery is just £2 a week and players can join by visiting www.communityhospice.org.uk or by calling 020 8319 9240.
