Natwest Communityforce Fund is giving three local projects the chance to win £6,000 each towards their work.
Grants are allocated by the public vote and you can support the work of your Hospice by voting for our project to fund the cost of our community nursing teams to provide care 24/7 for local adults with a life-limiting illness.
Voting opens on Monday 26th September and runs until Sunday 23rd October 2011
