Inpatient Care

The team at the Hospice will work with you and your family to agree a care plan that is tailored to meet your needs; this may include respite care, symptom control, emotional support or care at the end of life.

Community Support

The Hospice Outreach Teams work within the Boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley and liaise with and advise doctors and nurses in hospitals and the community to provide you with the best quality of care possible.

Carers' Support

Caring for family and friends is just as important as caring for the patient.
