Our services are available to anyone who is over 18 and registered with a GP in the London Boroughs of Greenwich or Bexley.

Patients with active, progressive and advanced disease may be eligible for Hospice services. This includes patients with malignant disease and non-malignant diseases for example (but not limited to) Heart Failure, Dementia, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and COPD.
