Share the Care

If you would like to remember a loved one who can no longer be with us, consider nominating a special day in their memory.  To 'Share the Care' contact the Fundraising Team on 020 8319 9230.

We ask ‘Share the Care’ supporters to make a minimum donation of £50 per annum. Your personal dedication will be displayed below and posters can be displayed at the Hospice reception and in all 14 of our charity shops.
