Nightrider London 2017

The Nightrider challenge takes cyclists on a 50km or 100km circular route past more than 50 of London's most famous landmarks, and offers a unique opportunity to see the sights of the city at night. This event is suitable for all ages and is a ride not a race.

Date: 10-11 June 2017

Location: London

Registration Fee: £39

Minimum Fundraising Pledge: £175

Distance: 50km or 100km

Start/finish points: TBC

Last year nearly 4,000 people took on this cycling challenge around London. The route will take you past some of London's most famous landmarks including over Tower Bridge, through Canary Wharf, around Piccadilly Circus, past London Eye and over the crossing on Abbey Road - and more!

The course is entirely on roads for ease of access and quality of lighting. It will be clearly signposted so people can cycle at their own pace. Although this bike ride is physically tough, the sense of achievement will make it all worthwhile.

There is a break stop roughly every 20km. Snacks, water and toilets will be provided. There will be a mechanic and a first aider based at each stop. High-energy snacks and water are provided at the break stops. After the ride you will receive a well-earned breakfast - bacon or egg roll and a hot drink.

Nightrider was well organised and at each of the four stops there were snacks, water, hot drinks and plenty of perfectly clean toilets.'
