Swim Serpentine 2

On Saturday 16 September, up to 6,000 swimmers will swim one mile in open water in a mass participation event. Every swimmer will be given the option to choose a specific start wave and swimmers will set off at regular intervals during the day. All swimmers in the mass participation mile must wear either a wetsuit or a tow-float. Both wetsuit and tow-float hire will be available at the Serpentine on the day.

To register your interest in a place, please download, complete and return the 2017 registration form. You can also contact the Fundraising Team on 020 8319 9230 or fundraising@gbch.org.uk.

If you have already applied for your own place, we'd love you to join our team. As an own-place swimmer there is no minimum to fundraise.

We're looking for outgoing and friendly people with heaps of enthusiasm to provide excellent race day support to our runners. We will provide you with a volunteer T-shirt and cheer materials.

In return you get to meet new people and have an active and memorable day out helping support Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice.

My family and I thank you all for your kindness, care and respect you showed us and my husband.
