Open Gardens in Greenwich & Bexley

Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th August

We are pleased to announce that some of our Open Gardens hosts are able to show their gardens to you, in a safe and socially distanced way. Enjoy the plants, flowers and trees which are still flourishing.

Judging by our recent temperatures there is a great chance that the weather will be dry, meaning that you can sit and enjoy some refreshments in the gardens.

  • Individual tickets are £5 or you can purchase a ticket to view as many gardens as you wish for £10. Tickets available at all participating gardens. Children under 10 visit for free.
  • Gardens open 2pm – 6pm, however some are only open on one date – please note which days the gardens you wish to visit are open
  • Most gardens are wheelchair accessible, except where stated
  • Dogs on leads welcome, unless stated otherwise.

Please observe social distancing and remain 2m from anyone not from your household or bubble when visiting the gardens. To maintain this, hosts may limit the number of people in a garden at busy times. Hand sanitiser will be available at all gardens, please do use it on entry and exit.

If you are unwell or have symptoms of Coronavirus, we politely ask that you do not attend our gardens, to ensure we can keep everyone safe. Sadly, we cannot open the Hospice Gardens to the general public at this time, but hopefully next year you’ll be able to visit us in person again.

Thank you so much to all of our wonderful hosts for opening their gardens, Trustee Tim Barnes for organising, and our kind sponsors, Hamptons International.
