This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the fundraising team. The Database and Supporter Care Officer plays a key role with in the fundraising department acting as the main point of contact for all supporter enquiries, information and supporter care within the team. You will be a champion for all data entry, ensuring a high level of data integrity is maintained through fastidious attention to detail. Excellent Stewardship of the hospice’s supporters to encourage long-term relationships will be significant part of the role.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of providing a high standard of support in a supporter or customer care service environment and with a variety of people. Working in a fundraising office and with databases is desirable but not a prerequisite, what is, however, is a willingness to learn, confidence in speaking with people and a passion for the cause.
