We are recruiting Shop Managers and Deputy Shop Managers to our Shops within the boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley.
The successful candidate will have previous retail experience, be sales focused and have a flair for visual merchandising and the ability to spot the value of goods? You will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to motivate your team of volunteers. If this sounds like you, then we are interested in hearing from you!
As Shop Manager or Deputy Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the charity shop. Our goal is to generate funds for the hospice so we can continue to deliver exceptional care. As a shop manager or deputy you need to be motivated to achieve your targets and to share this drive and enthusiasm with your team of volunteers. You will be expected to work with your volunteers to deliver a fantastic experience for our customers and donors.
This roles are HANDS ON! You will be required to sort donations and prepare clothing for sale which will include tagging and pricing items before placing them on the shop floor.
This is a hugely exciting time to join the Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice Retail team as we transform our retail network. We have big ambition and we seek to recruit people who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and target driven, with excellent communication skills.
