This Spring, we’re challenging everyone to get more active in anyway that suits; whether that be walking, running, cycling or even dancing round the house with a duster! If you’re already doing lots of lockdown cycling, walking, or jogging, why not make those miles matter more by pledging them to our new Hospice Heart 100 challenge.
Our Hospice Heart 100 Challenge is all about helping our community to get more active, boosting our collective wellbeing and helping to raise £30,000 to support our frontline care. We’re asking you to cover 100 miles, whatever way you want, during the month of May – the same distance covered by one of our Community Nurses as she cares for local residents around Greenwich and Bexley.
Every step you take will help boost your wellbeing, and by raising sponsorship you will be helping to support our nurses as they work harder than ever to provide compassionate care to families when they need it most. Our nurses have never needed your support as much as they do today, and as a special thank you anyone raising over £100 will receive a very special Hospice Heart 100 medal.

And if you need a little help or guidence to hit your targets, we’ll be organising some inspirational activities such as group walks from the hospice (as soon as we’re allowed!) and these great instructors are taking part and offering the below classes to get your body moving this May!
