The Hospice is governed by a Board of Trustees and managed by a Senior Management Team. The Board of Trustees is made up of volunteers with particular experience, skills and expertise in a variety of fields and is led by a Chairman. The Board Members are named below:

The Senior Management Team is led by a Chief Executive and has six other members, each with specific responsibilities:
Kate Heaps, Chief Executive - Responsible for overseeing all of the Hospice, ensuring that our resources are used as effectively and efficiently as possible and that the Hospice continues to respond to the needs of the community that we serve.
Harjit Landa, Head of Finance - Overall management of the Hospice finances both internally and externally, oversees all departmental budgets, income and expenditure and provides detailed reports for the Finance and Board meetings.
Wendy Lethem, Nurse Consultant in Palliative Care – Leads the Hospice’s Hospital Palliative Care Team at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich. As part of her role, Wendy also engages at a senior level with community and hospital based clinicians, managers and commissioners involved in the care of people with palliative care needs with the aim of improving care for anyone, regardless of diagnosis or care setting, who may need end of life care, particularly the frail, the very old and those with dementia.
Jane Lundy, Head of Human Resources - Responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Human Resources and volunteer management, ensuring that legal and statutory requirements are met whilst driving improvements in quality of service delivery.
Sarah O'Halloran, Head of Income Generation - Overall responsibility for all voluntary income generation, specifically retail operations and fundraising. Oversees the budget for both departments and leads on development of the income generation strategy. She represents the retail and fundraising team at Board, Finance, Voluntary Income Generation Committee and Senior Management Team meetings.
Dr Brendan O’Neill, FRCP, Senior Consultant in Palliative Medicine - Leads the medical team in providing specialist pallaitive care to patients in all settings, working in partnership with health care professionals in primary and secondary care including providing teaching and training, maintaining up to date medical practice.
Sue Smyth, PA to the Chief Executive - Provides secretarial support and assistance to the Chief Executive and the Board of Trustees, acting on their behalf when necessary, line manages a team of administrative secretaries and leads on specific projects for the Chief Executive.
