GI Jane Residential Military Bootcamp Weekend

A weekend for women of all levels of fitness who want to CHALLENGE themselves and motivate each other to get stronger and healthier.

The Hospice has joined forces with GI Jane Bootcamp, the No. 1 Residential Military Bootcamp in the country to plan an amazing weekend of fitness and fun! The trainers are all serving military PTI’s and are the best in the country. This is a military style bootcamp, all fitness levels are welcome; the only person you will be in competition with is yourself. This will be tough – if it was easy everyone would do it! The weekend will consist of exercise, secret military missions, nutritional advice, evening activities and so much more!

Registration Fee: £200 – deposit of £50 to secure your place, remaining £150 to be paid by the 1st March 2019

The remaining registration fee can be paid to the Hospice from sponsorship collected, if your total surpasses the minimum fundraising pledge amount of £150

We guarantee you will feel amazing both physically and mentally by the end of the weekend. Nutritionally, you will not be starved! You will eat well-balanced diet of 1200-1500 calories a day. This will be an amazing kickstart to a healthier lifestyle!

We have exclusive use of the beautiful Scuttingdon Manor, the GI Jane Headquarters located in Sittingbourne, where all training sessions will be held. Bootcamp will commence at 3pm on the Friday afternoon and will finish at 5pm on Sunday.

Participants must be 16 years and older; anyone aged under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and have their parents’ consent to take part.
