Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice are concerned to ensure that the wellbeing of our patients, their family and friends, staff and volunteers is our first priority and so we are following National advice and guidance about Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Today we have taken the difficult step of limiting visitors to patients who are currently in our inpatient unit. Patients will be restricted to one nominated individual, who will be encouraged to support contact with other loved ones via telephone and video call.
Please understand this decision has not been taken lightly and is to protect all patients, our staff and volunteers.
Thank you for your co-operation and helping to keep our patients, staff and volunteers safe. Please do not hesitate to contact Kate Heaps, Chief Executive firstname.lastname@example.org or Ellen Tumelty, Matron email@example.com if you have any concerns or questions.
