Quality furniture donations are always welcome. Your preloved sofa, wardrobes or table set might not be worth much to you, but for our patients and their families, they’re priceless.

We can accept good quality and clean:

  • Ladies, men’s and children’s clothing
  • Shoes, handbags, belts, ties and accessories
  • Books and games
  • Bric-a-brac
  • Household items and collectables
  • Electrical items (in working order)
  • Small pieces of furniture (undamaged)

We cannot accept:

  • Any items that are damaged or dirty
  • CD's, DVD's
  • Bedding and carpets
  • Electrical items that do not work
  • Furniture that has been damaged or does not conform to trading standards

Disposal of unsalable goods costs our hospice a lot of money that otherwise could go towards supporting patients and those close to them.
