We offer a wide range of services to match peoples’ needs in their own home, at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich, and at the Hospice building in Abbey Wood. All our services are provided free to the people using them. Our services embrace multidisciplinary working, with medical and nursing teams working alongside supportive care professionals and therapists to provide holistic care, wherever people are.
Many people go on to access more services once they have been referred to the Hospice: following referral to the Hospice and having assessed the patient, our team will make referrals to other services that may prove helpful.
